I took it to the dealer and they said the iDrive 8.5 system so I guess I'll just live with it for now. There's a massive DIY thread on this exact issue over in the DIY section.
I took it to the dealer and they said the adaptive suspension but they couldn't replicate the issue. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
